WIDA Keyword Updates & Calculator Logic Check

Updates

• WIDA keyword table values updated to “No” for the specified cells.

• Calculator accommodations R149 and R150 are restricted to ILEARN Math, grades 6–8 only.

• Calculator accommodations display and populate only for students in grades 6–8 across IEP, SP, and ILP documents.

Result

• Keyword values reflect current requirements.

• Grade-based filtering is enforced consistently with no impact to other accommodations.

LRE Not Flowing to Special Education Profile After IEP Finalization

Updates

• When an IEP or SP is finalized, the LRE now automatically flows to the Special Education Profile.

• The profile always reflects the most recently finalized LRE.

• LRE data flows from IEP/SP - LRE Profile - Sp Ed Info Profile.

Data Cleanup

• A one-time script updated student profiles that were missing an LRE or had outdated values.

• Profiles were updated using the latest finalized IEP or SP, including correct start and end dates.

• No duplicate or conflicting LRE records were created.

Result

• Student Special Education Profiles now display accurate and current LRE data.

Updates

• D17 added to the Special Education Program Update Script.

• D09 was removed and replaced with D17 in secondary disability logic.

• Existing program update behavior remains unchanged.

Notice of Evaluation uses an incorrect timeline for Initial Expedited evaluations

• The Notice of Evaluation now correctly applies a 20-day evaluation timeline when an Initial Expedited NCC is selected.

• Timeline validation and compliance tracking now align with the 20-day expedited requirement instead of incorrectly using 50 days.

IN: 'Other Resources' Failing to Sync with Security Set

Removed the category so it now appears as a direct link under Other Resource, eliminating the need to click the category dropdown before accessing the link.
Remove the original help resource under Configuration Management.

Integration: Enrollment History Precedence between schools

Update

• Special Programs now selects the current open enrollment when multiple enrollments exist.

• Ended enrollments no longer take precedence over active records.

• Correct enrollment allows Dec 1 certification and displays the IEP flag as expected.

Issue with IsPrimarySchoolCalc field

• The Primary School field in Student Information → Enrollment Details now correctly respects the Enrollment End Date logic.

• The field will populate from the active enrollment record (with no end date), consistent with other calculated enrollment fields.
