The following changes have been made to the accommodation keyword table:

  • Removed “Time and one-half (+50%) automatically included.”

  • Added “Text-to-Speech for Math Sections (Embedded)” to SAT accommodations

  • Added “Text-to-Speech for Math Sections (Non-Embedded)” to SAT accommodations

  • Added “Screen Reader for Math Sections (Non-Embedded)” to SAT accommodations

  • Added “Extended Testing Time (Up to 50%) for College Entrance Exam” to ILP assessment accommodations

  • Added “Text-to-Speech (Math Only) for College Entrance Exam” to ILP assessment accommodations

  • Added “State Allowed Accommodation for College Entrance Exam: Text-to-speech for the entire assessment (Not College and Scholarship Reportable)”

Report: First Step Transition Diagnostic Report

  1. In the First Step Transition Diagnostic Report, when a student has a Referral Type = First Steps (PreK to K12 referral), and the outcome is Not Eligible, the Ind 12 Compliance column now displays Compliant.

  2. In the First Step Transition Diagnostic Report, when a student has a Referral Type = First Steps (PreK to K12 referral), and the outcome is Eligible, Parent Refused, the Ind 12 Compliance column now displays Compliant.

  3. The report no longer displays Pending in the Ind 12 Compliance column for students meeting either of the above conditions.

The Service Plan Acknowledgement section is hidden when a student’s eligibility status is set to Not Eligible, preventing conflicting information from appearing in the document on both the Service Plan and IEP Documents.

A warning is displayed when creating a new IEP while an active IEP exists, advising users of potential impacts on IEP dates. Users are guided with instructions to revise the IEP through appropriate menu actions.
