Add “Make-Up Service” Option to Service Capture

• A new “Make-Up Service” checkbox is available on the Service Capture form.

• When selected, additional fields appear:

  • Date of Service Originally Due (editable calendar field)

  • Narrative / Comments for notes about the make-up session

• Make-Up Service fields remain hidden unless the checkbox is selected.

• In print view, the Make-Up Service section only appears when used.

Pull IEP Goals into Service Capture

• Active IEP goals will display in Service Capture when user selects lookup field.

• Goals are pulled from the student’s Goals Profile.

• A new “Goal Title” section shows all active IEP goals.

• Providers can select one or more goals to associate with a service session.

• The Goals/Objectives Addressed field displays aligned standards or elements from the IEP.

• Goals in Service Capture are read-only and cannot be edited.

IEP Goals Automatically Flow to Goal Profile

• All IEP goals automatically appear in the Goals profile when an IEP is finalized.

• Goals include full IEP details (goal statement, present level, standards alignment, and dates).

• Goals update automatically when an IEP is revised or amended.

• IEP goals are read-only and clearly labeled as originating from the IEP.

• A new static field, “IEP Goal(s)”, identifies goals pulled from the IEP.

Prevent Duplicate LRE Profile Start Dates and Update End Date Correctly

When an IEP or Service Plan is revised (or a new document is created that serves as a revision), and the LRE code is changed, the system will now update the existing Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) record, rather than creating a new record with the same Start Date.

Additionally, if an IEP or Service Plan is unfinalized, the LRE code is changed, and the document is finalized again, the system will update the existing LRE record rather than creating a duplicate entry.
