IEP: Programs And Services: ESY

In the IEP document, under the Programs and Services section for Extended School Year Services:

• The text box for ESY Not Needed will appear only if all three checkboxes (ESY Regression, ESY Critical Learning, and ESY Disability Severity) are set to No.

• The ESY Needed text box will be shown if all three checkboxes are set to Yes.

• If any checkbox is selected as Yes, the ESY Needed text box will be displayed.

IEP: Special Factors/Supplementary Aids/Assessments

• Display the warning message when Supplementary Aids and Services = Yes in the PLAAFP section and Supplementary aids and services are needed at this time. = No in Special Factors section.

• Display message on PLAAFP UI - WARNING!!! The IEP 'Special Factors' section does not indicate that supplementary aids are needed, but there are "Resulting Needs" that have the Supplementary Aids box checked.

• Display message on Special Factors UI - WARNING!!! If you do not list supplementary aids and services, no area of need is required to be reflected in the "Resulting Need" section of the PLAFFP.

• Displayed the warning message when Supplementary Aids and Services = No in the PLAAFP section and Supplementary aids and services are needed at this time. = YES in the Special Factors section.

• Display message on PLAAFP UI - WARNING!!! The IEP 'Special Factors' section indicates Supplementary aids are needed, however, there are no "Resulting Needs" that have the Supplementary Aids box checked.

• Display message on Special Factors UI - WARNING!!! If you list supplementary aids and services, at least one area of need should reflect this in the "Resulting Need" section of the PLAFFP..
