SPEDSM-107971	IEP: Programs And Services: ESY	In the IEP document, under the Programs and Services section for Extended School Year Services: The text box for ESY Not Needed will appear only if all three checkboxes (ESY Regression, ESY Critical Learning, and ESY Disability Severity) are set to No. The ESY Needed text box will be shown if all three checkboxes are set to Yes. If any checkbox is selected as Yes, the ESY Needed text box will be displayed.

Display message on Special Factors UI - WARNING!!! If you do not list supplementary aids and services, no area of need is required to be reflected in the "Resulting Need" section of the PLAFFP.
