SPEDSM-107390	Act 16 Fund Category Codes Updates	Made the following changes for Act16 Codes: Act 16 Fund Category codes are updated for cost calculation for year 2023-24. The Default Category code 0 - Category 1A will be set for the active students with no category code. The Act16Codes keyword table is now editable by PowerSchool Special Programs administrator users. This will help schools add new keywords for the cost categories in the future without waiting for a PSSP State model release. It is recommended to add new keyword codes when Act16 codes are revised for a year and existing codes should be marked as InUse= No. Thus, the student's prior category code on the Eligibility profile is still available in the system.
SPEDSM-97612	Agreement to Waive Reevaluation	Enabled the Agreement to Waive Reevaluation form. This document will be included in the Student’s document list.
SPEDSM-108615	Gifted Individualized Education Plan (GIEP)	Fixed an issue where images would appear in the PLEP section within the Gifted Individualized Education Plan (GIEP) form. The images added to the form will be displayed in Edit, View, and Print mode. Upgraded the textboxes on the PLEP section to support styling the text, including images or pictures with the details added in the textboxes.
SPEDSM-91407	Gifted Profile	Made the following changes to the Gifted profile: Added new field “60 Calendar Days”. This is a date field and is not editable on the profile. The date will be calculated based on the Date Permission Received and the school session’s first and last day, adding 60 calendar days. The field is calculated and behaves similarly to the “60 Calendar Days” field in the Eligibility profile. If the Date Permission Received is removed the “60 Calendar Days” field will also be cleared.
SPEDSM-84229	Invitation Letter	Updated the Invitation Letter form to include students younger than 14 years of age on the invitees or signee list if they have Transition Services. When the Invitation is created for a student younger than 14 years of age and the user has selected the Transition Services, the student will be included to sign the document.
SPEDSM-103859	New Form - Parental Consent To Excuse Members	Added a new form, Parental Consent To Excuse Members, to the Student’s document list.
SPEDSM-45170	Notice of Parental Rights for Gifted Students	Added a new form Notice of Parental Rights for Gifted Students per the State compliance requirements.
SPEDSM-99449	Notice of Recommended Educational Placement/PWN	Made the following changes to the Notice of Recommended Educational Placement/PWN form: Upgraded the form to support PowerSchool Digital Signature for the Superintendent/Designee signatures. This feature is optional and works based on what was selected in the form. The Digital Signature for the Superintendent will be enabled only when the user selects the “Superintendent/Designee will sign the document digitally” checkbox. The Superintendent/Designee should be able to digitally sign the document; the Signature and Date will be captured when the document is signed digitally. The Superintendent is not expected to digitally sign the form, and the document will continue working in the same way it did before this release.
SPEDSM-95863	Positive Behavior Support Plan	Updated the Positive Behavior Support Plan form to support e-signatures for students aged 13 years and above.
SPEDSM-94114	Reevaluation Report	Resolved an issue where images would appear in the Reevaluation Report form. The images added to the form will be displayed in Edit, View, and Print mode.
SPEDSM-108980	IEP-PLAAFP, Evaluation Report & Reevaluation Report	Upgraded the text areas to add details and include images with other styling/text formatting options. Users can now include pictures or images with the details added as text. Updated the following forms or sections with stylized text boxes: IEP- PLAAFP section Evaluation Report Reevaluation Report
