Added support for importing the Student Email field through the PowerSchool – Student Change Notification import, enabling email data to be captured and saved to the student record when provided, aligned with the existing Student Email import functionality.

Updated logic so only the latest finalized PBSP is marked “Active,” and clarified guidance for adding multiple goals using repeating sections.

Import Student From GenEd Table AutoPopulates MA Consent

Updated the MA Consent {SignMAConsent} field behavior when importing students from the GenEd Table into the Special Education Table. The field will now remain blank (null) instead of auto-populating “Signed Not Agree”, ensuring accurate data handling and consistency across student profiles.

School Age IEPRevisions, Cannot Complete Services Section: Throws Error For ESY Service Dates

This restriction (section action) is removed only for the ESY Service to be Provided value in the revised IEP. It remains in draft mode as expected.

• For other service dropdowns, the section action remains.

  • Users cannot save the Projected Beginning Date or Anticipated Duration outside the IEP duration.

• 'ESY Service Anticipated Duration cannot exceed one year minus one day from the start date.' This restriction remains in the revised document. Users cannot save the section if the difference between the Projected Beginning Date and Anticipated Duration exceeds one year.

Resolved an issue where updates to the “Testing Accommodations” keyword table using ‘easy edit’ were not reflected in dropdowns within the IEP Assessments section.
