IEP-MA Program Billing Consent form additional consent option and workflow

There is now a clear option to not give consent after the existing consent prompt, so that the user can explicitly decline sharing child information and billing Medical Assistance.

• Explicit Decline Option: Added a clear option to explicitly decline consent following the consent prompt, allowing users to indicate they do not consent to sharing child information or billing Medical Assistance.

• Digital Signature & Restart Behavior:

  • Without restart: Captures the response from the first signer.

  • Restart the sign:

    • After restarting, if the parent had already signed, the first parent signer response will be retained and will not be cleared if they later change their response.

• DocuSign Integration: Consent responses captured via DocuSign do not flow data to the student profile.

• Revision Documents: The parent's MA Program Billing consent response clears when a Revision document is created, allowing parents to reprovide consent (via digital signature or paper copy).

• Paper Copy Signing:

  • Displays a single consent checkbox on paper copies.

  • Consent checkboxes are optional, if no checkbox is selected, finalizing the document leaves the MA consent field blank on the student profile.
