SPEDSM-145128	Updates to Placements and LRE section of IEP and Placements profile	Enhancements have been made to the Placements and LRE (Least Restrictive Environment) sections within Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and the Placements child profile to ensure state compliance and accurate data tracking: Placements Child Profile: Added a new 'Placements' child profile to capture placement details, including Type of Support (Effective Date), Amount of Special Education Supports (Itinerant, Supplemental, Full-Time), Primary and Secondary Types of Special Education Supports, and Location of Student's Program (School District, School Building, Service Provider, and Neighborhood School indicator). Placements data automatically populates from the IEP to the profile upon document finalization and transfers from the latest profile record into newly created IEPs. IEP Placements Section: Configured the IEP Placement section to contain up to two default placement records prior to finalization. Upon creating a document revision, users can add up to two additional placement records. LRE Section & PennData Updates: Updated default LRE records to align with the Implementation Date and the latest Placement Effective Date. An Override option has been added for the second Effective Date in the LRE section to allow manual adjustments, which are reflected in PennData calculation results.
SPEDSM-145551	PA NOREP Parent Response Single Selection	NOREP now allows parents to select only one response option at a time. Choosing a new option automatically clears the previous selection.
SPEDSM-145555	PA Exit from EL Program Document	Added a new English Learner exit document with required reporting details, current student and assessment data, selectable exit criteria, and print and PDF support.

SPEDSM-146718	Invitation Letter: Section: Parental Consent to Excuse: Consent checkboxes cannot be selected by the parent	Resolved an issue where signers completing digital signatures on an Invitation Letter were unable to select consent checkboxes in the Parental Consent to Excuse section. The document logic has been updated so that consent checkboxes remain editable and selectable by parents during the digital signature process, enabling complete parental consent capture.
SPEDSM-146719	PA LEA Representative Added to SANOREP Digital Signature	Allentown users can now include the LEA Representative in SANOREP digital-signature requests, including the required signature and date fields.
