DL Subclass III Advanced

This report presents information about students under the age of six who are assessed for eligibility to receive special education services and determines their eligibility status. It shows the number of students for whom parental consent was not obtained, the number of students whose consent was received more than 30 days after the referral, and the number of students with timely eligibility determinations compared to those whose evaluations were not completed on time.

Submission requirements

This report lists students under six years old who are identified as eligible for special education. It displays counts of students with timely and delayed eligibility evaluations, the number of students for whom parental consent is missing, the number of students for whom parental consent is timely, and the number of students whose parental consent was received more than 30 days after the referral date, as well as their Reasonable Efforts to Obtain Parental Consent being either timely or Not Applicable. Additionally, it includes the number of students missing exclusion reasons along with those reasons. The report accounts for both active and inactive students.

Generate report

  1. From the Reporting menu, choose Advanced Reports.

  2. Click Data Report, and then click DL Subclass III.

  3. Click Process Schedule.

  4. Select a report generation schedule.

  5. Click Process Now In Foreground.

  • To review the latest data, click Unprocess and repeat steps 3 to 5.

  • Click the student count to display the student details with Eligibility data. The columns here are customizable. User can add columns or fields using the Customize Columns For This Drilldown option.

Total Number of Students

The system calculates the number of students under six years old as of the report execution date, and their initial evaluations determine whether they are eligible.

Timely Subclass III

The system calculates the number of students whose subclass timeliness is timely and included is included.

Timely Parental Consent

The system calculates the number of students who received the parental consent timely and included is Included.

Timely Reasonable Efforts to Obtain Consent

The system calculates the number of students whose Reasonable efforts to obtain consent Timeliness is timely or NA and included is Included.

Timely Eligibility

The system calculates the number of students done with their evaluations timely and included is Included.

Number Excluded

The system calculates the number of students missing the exclusion reason or where exclusion reason is not equal to Included.

The system shows the reporting year for the Actual Eligibility Due Date or the Projected Eligibility Due Date available in Referrals Part B. The reporting year is defined as July 1 to June 30, with FFY19 covering the period from July 1, 2019, to June 30, 2020.
