ACAP Testing Supports Form Document - State Accommodations Profile

Made the following changes:

ACAP Testing Supports Form Document

• Added the Start Date and End Date fields to the ACAP Testing Supports Form document, when the option, Accessibility Supports and/or Accommodations are required for the student to participate, is selected.

  • The update applies to new documents only.

  • The start date field is required to set the document to Final.

• Added an additional signature line.

State Accommodations Profile

• Added the Start Date and End Date fields to the State Accommodations profile.

  • Data will flow from the ACAP Testing Supports Form document.

• Added a new update script to populate the July 31 date of the current year to accommodations with no end date.

  • The script is scheduled to run on July 31 of each year.
