Gifted Referral and Gifted Eligibility Screening Determination Dataflow Change

Updated the dataflow logic to prevent legacy referral dates and referral sources from carrying forward into new Gifted Eligibility Screening Determination and Referral for Gifted Services documents during a new referral cycle. Dataflow has changed to a single direction instead of bi-directional. The referral date and source will flow from the Referral for Gifted Services document to the Gifted Eligibility/Screening Determination form. The referral date and source fields will no longer be eligible on the Gifted Eligibility/Screening Determination form.

New Enrollment Exit Code

Added support for the Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) enrollment exit code WB5 in Special Programs import layouts and keyword tables.

Previously, importing student records with the WB5 exit code resulted in an import error ('WB5' not a keyword). With this update, student records containing exit code WB5 are successfully recognized, mapped, and imported without error.

Updates to Service Plan

Enhancements and usability improvements have been made to the Private School Services Plan document in the Alabama state model to streamline service date entry, clarify validation messages, and improve UI responsiveness.

Key Changes & Enhancements

• Default Service Dates from Cover Page:
  When adding services under the Equitable Services section (including Special Education Services, Related Services, Supplementary Services, Program Modifications, Accommodations, and Assistive Technology), the service start and end dates now automatically default to the Start and End dates defined on the Cover Page rather than the Meeting Date.

• Updated Date Validation Message:
  Updated the validation error message on the Cover Page and Present Levels to clearly state:

  "The start date cannot be before the meeting date, and the end date cannot be more than one year after the meeting date."

• Form Usability & Auto-Refresh:
  Enabled automatic section refresh when toggling the Service Needed / Not Needed checkboxes across service types, ensuring immediate visual updates to the document layout.

• UI Layout Cleanup:
  Removed divider lines across the service section headers to provide a cleaner, more consistent visual structure.
