Updated the PowerSchool- Student EL Details Import (model) to include the Country of Origin field.

Update to Student Withdrawal filter for School Year Changes

The Student Withdrawal filter has been updated to include student withdrawal data from up to 90 days prior to the Globals > First Day of School date.

Previously, withdrawals that occurred before the Globals > First Day of School were not included in the filter. This enhancement ensures more complete and accurate student withdrawal data is considered during school year changes.

Gifted Second Grade Child Find- Race Field Enhancements

• The Second Grade Child Find Summary has been enhanced to align race fields with the race information tracked in student demographic records, supporting improved accuracy and compliance.
  As part of this update:

  • Race fields have been added to the Districts > Second Grade Gifted Snapshots child profile.

  • Race fields are displayed in alphabetical order and configured consistently with existing demographic fields.

  • The same race fields have been added to the Second Grade Child Find Summary district document.

  • The Gifted Second Grade Snapshots report has been updated to include the new race fields and labels.

  • The S_AL_SecondGradeGiftedChild_S export report has been updated to include the new race fields.

  • Snapshot approval and unapproval processes have been updated to support the new race fields.

• These updates ensure consistent race data across profiles, documents, and reports for Second Grade Child Find reporting.

The following keyword tables have been set to model configuration and will no longer allow custom values:

This update ensures alignment with the Alabama Model and supports consistent data standards for state reporting.

New Core Model Components (Phased Implementation)

New Core Model components have been added to the Alabama model to support a phased parallel implementation and enable more robust future reporting capabilities. These components include new profiles, reports, and global fields.

At this time, no data is flowing to these profiles. Business rules and data flow logic are actively being developed in collaboration with ALSDE.

Notice and Invitation/Consent for Agency Participation View Correction

Fixed an issue that was displaying the Notice and Invitation/Consent for Agency Participation document as blank in view mode when no data was entered.

Resolved Issue: Delay Calculation and State Reporting Profile Data

An issue has been resolved where the Range of Days value was not cleared when the delay calculation was regenerated. As a result, incorrect data was flowing to the State Reporting Profile.

With this update, the delay calculation process has been corrected to ensure the Range of Days value is properly reset when recalculated. In addition, PowerSchool will automatically correct any impacted data that was previously stored in the document and incorrectly flowed to the State Reporting Profile.
