P223H Data: Eligibility Automatically Set for Transition Kindergarten (TK) Students

An update has been implemented to ensure that students in Transition Kindergarten (TK) are correctly marked as Eligible in the P223H Data section of the student profile.

Students enrolled in Transition Kindergarten (TK) will now have the Eligible checkbox automatically selected in the P223H Data section. This ensures accurate eligibility tracking and reporting for TK students.

Student Profile: Section 504

A fix has been implemented to address an issue with how the Section 504 Reevaluation Due Date was calculated and displayed on the Form 504-8 Individual 504 Plan.

• The correct 3-year reevaluation due date logic is now consistently applied.

• The Section504ReEvalDUEWA field now populates correctly on the Form 504-8 Individual 504 Plan.

Standardization of Case Manager Data Flow

To reduce confusion and ensure consistency, we’ve updated the flow of the Case Manager field between student profiles and certain documents.

What’s Changed

Previously, the Case Manager field was bidirectional for a few documents (listed below), which could result in the Case Manager changing unexpectedly on the student profile when a document was updated.

From now on:

• The student profile is now the single source of truth for the Case Manager.

• The Case Manager will flow from Profile to Document only.

• Updates made within documents will no longer overwrite the Case Manager on the student profile.

• Editing or finalizing documents will not change the Case Manager on the profile.

Documents Updated:

The Document-to-Profile data flow for the Case Manager field has been removed from the following documents:

• Manifestation Determination (MD)

• Behavioral Intervention Plan (BIP) (Retired)

• Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA)

• Transportation Form (TRANSPORT)

• Verification of Eligibility (VerifiElig)

• Individualized Education Program (IEP)

• Evaluation Report
