We've streamlined the evaluation and eligibility process for Washington users, introducing intelligent field visibility and updated terminology to support HB2557 updates.
To simplify the evaluation process, we introduced conditional visibility logic that hides unnecessary fields when specially designed instruction isn't required, added mandatory validation for educational impact, and updated terminology to "Recommended" across screens and print versions.

Evaluation Report Updates
We've refined the automated logic in our Washington state forms to perfectly match the latest legal requirements, reducing unnecessary data entry for your staff.
Smart Timeline Validation for Evaluation Reports
To align with Washington State Law HB2557, we updated the Evaluation Report logic to only require a "Reason for Late Evaluation" after 40 school days instead of 35, preventing incorrect validation errors for evaluations completed within the new legal window.
