Verification of Eligibility: Summary of Services Matrix

A new "Staff Designing Goal" field has been added to the Summary of Services Matrix in the Verification of Eligibility document and to the Services and Specially Designed Instruction (SDI) profiles for the Washington (WA) state model.

What's New

• New column — "Staff Designing Goal" added to the Summary of Services Matrix section of the Verification of Eligibility document, visible under both Special Education (SDI) and Related Services child templates.

• New field on profiles — "Staff Designing Goal" is now available on the Services and StudentServices (SDI) profiles, with data flowing automatically from the document.

• New Global Configuration Option — AddStaffDesigningGoal — Administrators can toggle the visibility of the "Staff Designing Goal" column on the document and Services grid. Default is False (column will remain hidden on VoE> Summary of Services Matrix section).

  • When enabled: the column is visible in edit mode on the document, and the field becomes required on the profile to accept the form.

  • When disabled: the column is hidden on the document, but the field remains visible on profiles (read-only, not required).

  • "Staff Designing Goal” column will be displayed only in edit mode and hidden on Print/View mode.

Evaluation Report: Digital Signature

Resolved an issue in which the signature images were removed when profile sections or values were modified prior to finalizing the document. This defect was reported for the Evaluation Report.
