Case Manager Dataflow Update

Resolved the issue with the Case Manager dataflow from the various documents back to the student profile.

The profile Case Manager field will be updated based on the Case Manager selected by the user while working on the documents.

The fix resolves the issue with case manager data capture following the 26.1.0.0 release of the Washington State Model.

The Documents corrected to have the Case manager data flow are:

• Manifestation Determination (MD)

• Behavioral Intervention Plan (BIP) (Retired)

• Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA)

• Transportation Form (TRANSPORT)

• Verification of Eligibility (VerifiElig)

• Individualized Education Program (IEP)

All active document templates are updated to use the student’s legal name in all applicable fields and formats to ensure compliance with requirements.

Service Record: Progress Code Requirement

This update resolves an issue where users were incorrectly required to enter a progress code even when it wasn’t needed, making the process smoother and more intuitive.

• Now, if a service is marked as “Progress Code Not Required” in the ScProcedureCode keyword table, you can save the service record without needing to enter a progress code.

• If a service is marked as requiring a progress code, the system will still require you to enter one before saving.

Student demographic imports include legal name fields for first name, middle name, last name, and suffix from SIS.

Student demographic imports for eSchoolPlus include legal name fields, importing first name, middle name, last name, and suffix directly from SIS into the PSSP student demographics profile.

PowerSchool SIS Integration: Student Data

Resolved the issue to include all eligible students in the report, regardless of whether “PowerSchoolIDWA“ is populated.

This change ensures more accurate and complete data exports for your district.

• The import process for PowerSchool IDs was updated so that missing "PowerSchoolIDWA" values no longer block students from being included in exports.

• Districts using custom Power Queries should ensure both State ID and PowerSchool ID are included for best results.

This resolves an issue in which a required section could be improperly removed.
