Student Class Roster - Managing Ended Classes

We’ve improved how student course data is managed to keep rosters accurate and up to date without manual cleanup when a class ends.

Previously, students who had completed a class could continue to appear in active lists, resulting in cluttered reports and caseloads. The system now automatically identifies ended classes and removes them from active views, helping staff focus on students currently enrolled in active classes.

• Automated Class and Roster Cleanup: The system now automatically determines whether a class has ended based on its class dates. Once a class ends, the system deactivates its profile and clears the associated student roster entries to ensure it displays only active enrollments.

• Class and Class Student Roster Profiles: The Class and Class Student Roster profiles now display the Class Start Date, Class End Date, and a Class Ended indicator.

Import logs handle truncated names

Import logs accurately reflect truncated names without rejecting rows when the transfer option is configured to ignore name matching, and this issue is now fixed.
