Check uncheck all toggle functionality

A toggle button enables users to select or deselect all profiles and documents on the student transfer envelope page, with the selection state retained until transfer confirmation or navigation away.

Bulk force finalized document status

A message appears when attempting to bulk finalize documents. It states: "NOTE: Force finalization will only be used when the document cannot be finalized normally."

Multitasking Support During Transfer Envelope Generation

To enhance user productivity and reduce downtime during processing, we've added a new feature to the transfer envelope generation workflow. While the envelope is being generated, users will now see a "Open in New Tab" button. This allows them to continue working in a separate tab without interrupting the current process.

Improved Report Guidance During Tenant Switching

While running a report, if a user switches tenants, they will now see the following instructional message:

“To view the report, select or enter the report parameters above, then click the ‘Update Report with Values’ button.”

Help menu added to Parent/Guardian Portal

A new help menu has been added to the Parent/Guardian Portal.

Removal of Selective Tenant Sync for Security Groups

In the 25.10.0.0 release, we introduced a feature called Selective Tenant Sync for Security Groups. This functionality inadvertently caused unintended deletions of security groups during the synchronization process.

Change:
To prevent further impact, this feature has been removed in the current release. Security group synchronization will now follow the previous behavior prior to 25.10.0.0.
