Cancelling Digital Signature populates the signature date

If the signer does not complete the signing process by clicking the Submit button in the final section, signer data will be permanently deleted once the signing status for the document changes to Completed or Force-Complete,

If the user attempts to close before completion or selects Sign Later, a warning message will display an alert.

The Reset This Signer option now includes an option to correct the email address of the signer being reset.

The Reset This Signer option is now available for all signers as long as the digital signature request is still pending.

eSignature

A unique ID is now assigned to each document eSignature request as well as each signer.

These are displayed on both the certificate of completion PDF and the signed document PDF. On the signed document PDF, the unique ID of the document eSignature request is shown on each page as a header, and the unique IDs of signers are shown in abbreviated form below each signature.

These unique IDs are generated strictly within the eSignature functionality for validation purposes and are not the same as other IDs used outside of the eSignature functionality.

When a signer changes their signing name from the name provided in the application, this fact is now clearly displayed and highlighted within the eSignature request status dialog box.

Messages sent to Parent and Guardian will appear in both Parent & Guardian inboxes

Sending messages to parents within Special Programs (not email forwarding) does not allow guardian users to see those messages. SSO from SIS for parent/guardians is always marked as a guardian user, so messages sent to G:<StudentID> they can see, but messages sent to P:<StudentID> they cannot. Now messages are sent to parents and guardians.

Transferring Documents as Active

When transferring an active document and clicking the arrow to make it live, it did not show as active in the new location. This issue has been corrected. Now, when the arrow is clicked, the document is made live and active in the new location.

Cannot add staff with same alternate location to student's caseload

Added support for looking up alternate staff locations and adding to the caseload. Two areas were affected by this change. The first area is searching the staff by alternate staff location and the second area is allowing caseload to show the added staff in the records.

File-Only documents receive error message when trying to finalize the document

Users attempting to finalize File-Only documents received the message: “The document status cannot be set to final because no sections have been selected in the document.” This issue has been corrected. File-Only documents can now be set to final without any errors.

Fix for Subscribed Reports Translation Issue

We have resolved the issue that prevented subscribed reports on the user's Home Page from displaying translated columns.

Generating PDFs with an apostrophe generated the HTML code instead of the apostrophe

Previously, when generating PDFs, student names containing an apostrophe (') resulted in filenames where the apostrophe was replaced with its HTML-encoded equivalent ('). This issue has been corrected, and filenames will correctly display apostrophes as expected.

Parents are unable to SSO into the Parent portal when their username contains a space. This has been corrected.

Resolution of Keyword Table Translation Issue

Keyword tables cannot be translated into the Chinese translation has now been resolved.

Student ID and Grade were not displaying correctly on the “Special Programs Documents” page

Previously, the Student ID and Grade did not display correctly on the “Special Programs Documents” page. Now, the Student ID and Grade persist across all pages and specifically display the relevant ID and Grade on the Special Programs Documents page.

Stylized Textboxes Do Not Save Content Pasted From Google Sheets Or Google Docs

Pasting in a stylized textbox from Google Sheets or Google Docs does not save or display the content pasted when the section is saved has now been corrected.

Yes/No Checkbox Incorrectly shows

When Digital Signature is not enabled, the Yes/No checkbox now is not displayed on the signature line for Parent/guardian/adult student signature
