Digital Signature

In this release, when sending a document for digital signature, you will have the same overall choice of “email signing” or “sign now” as with previous versions, but you can override the choice for any individual signer. Additionally, the Reset This Signer option allows you to change the choice for a signer.

Digital Signature - Email Translation and Encoding Fix

We have identified and resolved an issue affecting the translation and encoding of signature emails for users selecting the "Sign Later" option. This fix ensures the blurb and subject line are correctly translated for all supported languages.

Guided Signing feature for Digital Signatures Causes Errors

When using the Guided Signing feature for Digital Signatures, users have reported two main issues:

• The "Find Fields" functionality within the Guided Signing experience does not correctly navigate the user to the intended signature field.

• The 'Sign Here' button requires multiple clicks before the signature is applied.

• “Find Fields” Functionality: Users attempting to locate specific fields using the 'Find Fields' option are not directed to the intended field, causing inconvenience and delays in the signing process.

• “Sign Here” Button: Users are required to click the "Sign Here" button multiple times before the signature is successfully applied.

Both issues have been corrected. Users can expect the "Find Fields" functionality to correctly navigate to signature fields, and the "Sign Here" button to function as expected with a single click.
