New Option to Exclude Revision Documents When Copying Information

A new checkbox labeled ‘Exclude revision documents’ has been added to the ‘Copy Information From Other Document’ page.

This enhancement allows users to filter out revision documents when copying content from existing documents, streamlining the process and improving accuracy.

To access this feature:

• Create a new document.

• Navigate to the More menu.

• Select ‘Copy Information From Other Document’.

• Use the new ‘Exclude revision documents’ checkbox to refine your selection.

S|R Module: Sync document settings across tenants

State Administrators can now easily sync Document and Document Section properties, Behavior Options, and Actions from the controller to all tenants—keeping environments aligned with the master setup.

Data Utilities - Replace Field Values

The functionality now includes a checkbox labeled "Include Inactive Students" in the interface. When selected, the system will apply changes to both active and inactive students, allowing for comprehensive updates to student records without limitations to only active students. The UI clearly indicates the scope of the operation based on the state of the checkbox.

Hakha Chin language

The system now includes the Hakha Chin language in the language selection dropdown menu, allowing users who speak Hakha Chin to access translated content and services in their native language. The integration with Google Translate ensures full support for Hakha Chin in the translation functionality.

Student search pagination functionality updated

Navigating to the next page of student search results when adding to a caseload is now resolved.

Modifications to the Keyword Table Excel export feature

The Keyword Table Excel export feature now includes the "used for" column when printing to Excel. The data is also present when printing to a PDF.
