Updated the Amendment/Revision document to make the Amendment Date required to finalize the document. This applies to IEP, IFSP, and Service Plan amendment documents.

Updated the Assessment Plan Signature Page section of the Assessment Plan & Prior Written Notice to make the Notice of Procedural Safeguards checkbox optional.

• Updated the Assessment Plan Signature Page section in the Assessment Plan & Prior Written Notice document to make the checkboxes in the "This form must be signed before the assessment can begin" area optional when the response to either of the questions in the Parent Acknowledgment area is "No Parent Response."
• Add one more checkbox "Third Attempt" in the Office Use Only section in the delivery attempt area.
• Added a rule to display the "Final Attempt" checkbox in the Office Use Only only when the type of assessment is initial.

Created the Assessment Plan Status report under Standard Reports > Public Document Reports. This report provides the assessment plan's status, the consent status, and whether the Date Received by District is complete.

Updated the Evaluation Report's Signatures section to only populate Parent in the title column and not the Parent's name in the "Name" column.

Updated the Progress Report section to be editable even after IEP is finalized.

Updated the Services section to display the message "Cannot have two related services with the same Service, Start Date, End Date, and Location (Environment)" when users create two services in the ESY Services area with the same Service, Start Date, End Date, and Location (Environment).

Updated the Services section to remove the auto-population of the Services Start Date and End Date for the services added under ESY.

• Updated the Signature and Parent Consent section within IEP to display the "Final Attempt" checkbox only when the meeting type is Part B Initial Evaluation and Purpose of Meeting is either Initial or Amendment.
• The "Special Education Exit date and Reason" in the Student profile will be populated if Meeting Type is Part B Initial Evaluation and Purpose of Meeting is either Initial or Amendment, and the "Final Attempt" and "No Response" checkbox has been selected at the same time.
• Removed the data flow to Special Education exit details when the user has selected either the option "I do not consent with the IEP – I have received a copy of the IEP" or "My child is eligible to receive special education services; however, I am refusing services. (ECSE only) – I have received a copy of the IEP" in the agreement area of the Signature and Parent Consent section of the IEP.

Moved the Additional Participants textbox within the Signature and Parent Consent section out of the Parent/Student Participation area and placed it below the Parent/Student Participation area.

Updated the Signature and Parent Consent section of the IEP to make the Parent/Student Participation area required only if "Parent/Guardian request(s) additional time to review the IEP" or "IEP not completed due to time constraints" has been selected.

Moved the District Use Only area from the main page to a separate section of the IEP Referral document named District Use Only. This section is editable even after the document is finalized.

Updated the Prior Written Notice section of the IEP, IFSP, and Service Plan documents to make the Date of PWN and Date Notice of Procedural Safeguards was sent to parent field blank and editable. This change does not apply to the standalone Prior Written Notice document.

Updated the PhyMentImpairment keyword table. This table is used in the "Physical and/or Mental Impairment" dropdown in the Section 504 Plan. The PhyMentImpairment keyword table is now admin-editable.

Updated the Services section in multiple documents (IEP, IFSP, Service Plan, Interim Placement Form). The instructional minutes are editable in the LRE area if the instructional minutes have not been updated for the School of Attendance selected in the Location profile.

Added "Current Services Only" in the All Services section of the Student Profile. This area will display only the details of the services present in the active document.

• Renamed "Overall Performance Level" field in profile to "English Proficiency Level."
• Added "Overall Performance Level" to below "English Proficiency Level" in the following documents:
  • Individualized Evaluation Program > Cover Sheet
  • Interim Placement
  • Service Plan for Parentally Placed Pvt Sch Student
  • Summary of Performance
  • IEP Referral
  • Assessment Plan & Prior Written Notice
  • Evaluation Report
• Updated the IEP and the Interim Placement form to check the reclassified checkbox if English Proficiency Level is RFEP AND EL is No.

Updated the Team Action section in the amendment/revision of a document (IEP, IFSP, and Service Plan ) so that the current document's rows appear at the top and the details from the previous versions at the bottom.
