Submission Requirements
The ORP Attestation Report includes records from the Provider Assignment Part B profile for students that have a related service (excluding Parent Counseling and Training, Rehabilitation Counseling or Recreation) or a special education service of Speech/Language Only where the IEP Service Part B assignment date is within the reporting date range.
Generate Report

From the Reporting menu, choose Standard Reports.

Click Part B Medicaid, then click ORP Attestation Report.

Enter Start Date and End Date.

Select Update Report with Values.
To review the latest data, click Refresh after opening the report in the application.
Reporting Columns
Click the More Menu, select Enter Documentation Mode. Each report column will display along with details such as where the data in each column pulls from.
