The Indiana Accommodations Report is designed to track and document the accommodations provided to students with disabilities in the state of Indiana. It ensures these students can access the curriculum and participate in state assessments per their Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 Plan.
To navigate to the report, click Reporting, Standard Reports, IDOE IEP Reports, and then select Indiana Accommodations Report.
Selection criteria

Include students with active IEPs or 504 Plans that specify the need for accommodations.

Include students where the report Start and End date is within the Start and End dates of the student’s current IEP.
