Related Service List
The Related Service List helps educators, special education coordinators, and administrators track and manage related services provided to students under Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). It verifies that students are receiving the services outlined in their IEPs and that schools are adhering to legal requirements related to providing these services.
To navigate to the report, click Reporting, Standard Reports, IDOE IEP Reports, and then select Related Service List.
Selection criteria
Includes students with an active and finalized IEP.
Includes students with disabilities who qualify for related services under IDEA or Section 504.
Includes students whose enrollment end date is blank.
Field descriptions
