Staff Profile and Service Capture for Non-Licensed Staff

1. Staff Profile Changes

   1. Renamed the “Graduate” field label to “Non-licensed or Licensed Under Supervision Provider*”.

   2. The field is set to use the SPED_TeamDemographics field attribute.

   3. The database field name was changed from {GraduateStudent} to {NonLicensed}. The field hover text was change to “Identifies a non-licensed or licensed under a supervisor”.

   4. Added a sentence at the bottom of the Staff profile as follows, *Students, interns, fellows, graduates, non-licensed providers, assistants with or without a license, and any staffer who requires supervision by a fully licensed provider.

2. Service Capture message was changed to “You are a ‘non-licensed or licensed under supervision’ provider, services provided by a non-licensed or licensed under supervision provider must be validated by a supervisor. Please deselect the "Completed" checkbox to continue.”.

Corrected an issue where the service provider’s end date value was reported incorrectly.

Corrected an issue where the staff’s NPI number was not appearing on the report.
