New features and Enhancements

SPEDDEV-63398	ESY Transportation Data Feed	A new import feed called OSSE Stage_ESY Import import layout and Stage_EOY profile has been added to the model. The feed updates the Transportation Eligible ESY Site Location field in the applicable student’s ESY profile record where the student USI, LEA ID and IEP Meeting Date value match. The 4.0 platform release (SPPL_26.4.0.0) must be deployed to configure and enable the new integration import.
SPEDDEV-63652	Part C Data Feed	A new import feed called OSSE Stage_PartC_Student Import import layout and Stage_PartC_Students profile has been added to the model. The feed updates the Case Status and Transition Conference Meeting Date fields located in the Special Education Information profile. The 4.0 platform release (SPPL_26.4.0.0) must be deployed in order to configure and enable the new integration import.
SPEDSM-138479	IEP Amendment	When an IEP is amended, the system will clear the Mode of Delivery and Date of Delivery fields in the Document Delivery section to allow the user to re-enter the information regarding the amendment.
SPEDSM-140247	RSMR Reports - Include Special Education -Speech/Language Only Services	RSMR reports have been updated to include students receiving Special Education – Speech/Language Only services, ensuring these students are now reflected across all reports. This enhancement applies to the following reports: RSMR – Delivered Service Details RSMR – Prescribed Service Details RSMR – Summary RSMR – Metric Per Provider Advanced Reporting – RSMR (aligned with standard reports, including inactive students) These changes ensure consistent reporting and improved visibility of Speech/Language Only IEP students.

This occurred due to the report considering the most recent referral record, including re-evaluation referrals, rather than the applicable initial referral record for the Due Date calculation. The calculation logic for DueDateForRS has been updated to ensure only the appropriate referral record is considered. Re-evaluation referrals are now excluded from this calculation.
