APR 7 Standard Report
|
The following changes were made to the APR 07 – Preschool Outcome OSSE Report via Standard Reporting:
-
The date range filter has been replaced with a School Year dropdown, aligned with the functionality in Standard > Federal Reports Part B > Subclass I. When the user selects the school year from the drop-down, the report defaults to 7/1/xx to 6/30/xx.
-
The method for selecting students for the report has been modified as follows:
-
For the selected School Year, the report will include active and inactive students
-
The Outcome Exit Date value falls between July 1 and August 31 of the selected school year, or has an Outcome Entry Date value is less than or equal to 3 years from the reporting end date, where the Outcome profile does not have a Reason for No Outcomes value selected.
-
The student is/was Stage 5 enrolled at the LEA during the reporting period.
-
The student has a Plan History record where the start and end date values fall within the reporting date range.
-
Enrollment Grade is P3 or P4 within the reporting period.
-
The student is aged 3 through 5 years 11 months as of the Outcome Exit date.

Service Plan Amendment - Compliance Updates
|
-
Amendment Date Validation: When amending a Service Plan, the system now prevents selecting an amendment date that falls on or before the original meeting date or the most recent amendment date, ensuring document compliance.
-
Service End Date Default Fix: When adding a new service during an amendment, the service end date now correctly defaults to 1 year minus a day from the original meeting date (not the amendment date), ensuring services do not exceed the allowed 364-day IEP span.

REV Detail Report (Standard report) & REV Report Totals (Advanced)
|
-
The REV report now correctly excludes students whose Special Education Exit Date or LEA Exit Date falls before the evaluation due date, so only students who are still applicable appear in the report.
-
The totals in the REV Report via Advanced reporting now match the Standard reporting view, giving you consistent numbers across both menus.
-
The report description in the Standard REV Detail Report has been updated to clearly reflect who is included, so it's easier to understand the student selection criteria at a glance.
