A new document constraint was added that will not permit the user from finalizing the document when there is no LEA Entry/Exit profile record that falls in the date range of the plan’s meeting date.

Globals Profile: Updates

• A new setting called Bypass EOY Default Summer Calendar Days has been added to the Globals Profile under LEA Calendar Information, giving state administrators the ability to stop the system from automatically flagging June 16th to August 31st as "Summer Session" during the end-of-year rollover.

• When this setting is turned on, the next school year calendar will be created without incorrectly marking those dates as summer days, so keeping your calendar accurate and reducing the need for manual corrections after rollover.

• Added the field help text/hover over text - When the end-of-year rollover process runs, the system creates the next school year calendar. When the checkbox is checked, and the end-of-year rollover process runs, the system will not default to June 16-August 31, marking the dates as “Summer Session” in the system and district calendars.

Added 3 columns to the report; IEP Start Date, IEP End Date, and IEP Type, sourced from the linked IEP Services Part B profile, with updated filter labels for Assignment Start Date and Assignment End Date, and all columns support filtering and sorting.
