A document titled Parent Revocation of Consent for Initial Eval has been added to the Referral folder under Consent for Initial eval/reeval, including sections for Parent Revocation, PWN-Revocation, and Doc Delivery, with digital signature functionality updating consent details and a keyword table update to include Discontinuation of Referral - Parent.

The RSMR Prescribed Service Details report calculates total prescribed minutes by including the first day of the month when the service end date, special education exit date, or LEA exit date occurs on that day.

Prescribed and delivered services are included only within the reporting date range for students in Stage 5 LEA records, excluding services outside the applicable LEA Entry/Exit record or district.

• Added a new PWN – Exit From Initial Evaluation document under the Referral folder.

• The document is available as a standalone document under the Parent Revocation document.

• The document includes two sections: Main and Document Delivery.

• The document can be created 41 days after the Part B Referral Date.

• All required sections must be completed before the document can be finalized.

Reasonable Efforts Document

Updated the Reasonable Efforts document so that when the Consent Response is either Consent Granted or Consent Denied and the Consent date is on or less than 30 days from the referral (Date of parental consent for initial evaluation date value), then YES will be displayed, as the parent consented on or less than 30 days from the due date and contact attempt records are not required.
