IEP - Recreation from Previous System Checkbox

Retired the database field called RecreationFromPrevSys which was used on the IEP cover page where the IEP was created prior to going live with PSSP.

The field was hidden on the IEP cover page in a previous release. This change ticket was to retire the database field where it was referenced in the IEP document as well as any report.

ESY Profile and Extended School Year List Report

The following changes have been made to the ESY profile:

Removed the following fields:

• Attendance {ESYAttendance}

• Attendance Type {ESYAttendType}

• Attendance Comments {ESYAttendComment}

1. The header “ESY Attendance” has been renamed to “ESY Transportation”. All ESY Transportation fields have been moved under this section.

2. If ESY Eligible is not selected while editing the profile, all ESY Transportation fields will be non-editable.

3. Location has been renamed to “ESY Site Location” and updated with the SPED Team_Demographics attribute.

4. A new dropdown field, Transportation Eligible ESY Site Location {TranEligESYSite}

   , has been added under Transportation Accommodations using the Locations profile table.

The Attendance and Attendance Type fields that were retired in the ESY profile have been removed from the Extended School Year List report.

Special Education Profile - Part C Fields

On the Special Education profile, the “Case Status” field was changed to a Yes/No field.

The Transition Conference Meeting date field was changed to a date field stored on the profile rather than a reference from the IFSP Part C profile.

These two fields will be updated via the Case Status daily feed process.

Occupational Therapy is now available in the Service Plan for Related Services and Consultation Services.

Corrected an issue where the user was unable to finalize the document and received the following message: 'Validate Staff Position for Provider'.
