Medicaid ORP Attestation Report Updates

1. Added “School Type” as a column.

2. Renamed the following columns:

   1. Start Date to Assignment Start Date

   2. End Date to Assignment End Date

   3. Staff First Name to Provider First Name

   4. Staff Last Name to Provider Last Name

3. Added a new field after Provider Last Name called “Provider Under Supervision” which will display “Yes” when the service provider’s “Non-Licensed” checkbox is checked (on the Staff profile), otherwise it will report “No”.

• Added “No Response” as a consent option with a read-only checkbox, aligned with Granted and Denied values from the referral.

• Ensured consent responses refresh from the referral and removed auto-selection logic in the form.

  • Updated validation to prevent mismatches between Consent Response and Result selections with clear user messages.

  • Enhanced calculation logic to accurately determine if reasonable efforts were completed within 30 days of referral based on defined criteria.

Corrected an issue where the Service Text column was not reporting the value of BS for Behavioral Support Services.

Advanced Report: DL Subclass IV

• Fixed an issue in the DL Subclass IV report where RS Timeliness and related fields were using incorrect referral records, leading to inaccurate results.

• Updated both Standard and Advanced reports to use the correct referral selection logic and exclude non-applicable records (e.g., Reevaluation referrals).

• Aligned the Due Date for RS and Due Date for SI calculations across both report versions to ensure consistent student counts and percentages.

IEP - IEP At a Glance Section

Fixed an issue in OSSE IEP where the ‘IEP at a Glance’ section did not refresh the calculated BIP field when the Student Profile BIP Date value was cleared.
