Alternate Assessment Profile - New Data Import Alternate Assessment Integration

• A new nightly OSSE Alternate Assessment integration has been added to automatically update the Alternate Assessment Profile.

• The integration populates and refreshes the Final Eligibility Determination, Response Date, and Final Eligibility Denial Code fields, and maps the OSSE Participation Review response from Yes/No to Accepted/Rejected.

• Existing records are updated when OSSE sends revised information for the same student and participation date.

Location Feed: Correct mapping for length of school day

The Length of School Day value in the OSSE location feed is accurately mapped to the Total Minutes Per Day field in the Locations Profile.

RSMR DELIVERED Report: Stage 5 enrollment service filtering

Updated the applicable reports to include only IEP Part B prescribed services and delivered services that fall within valid Stage 5 LEA Entry/Exit records for the same district (Globals.ThisDistrict).

Services outside the eligible LEA period or district are excluded, ensuring accurate reporting across all LEA transition scenarios.

Assessment Part B Profile & Evaluation Summary Updates

The Assessment Part B Profile has been updated by renaming Request Removal to Assessment Removed and adding a new Date Assessment Removed field.

The Evaluation Summary document now includes Assessment Removed, Removal Reason, and Date Assessment Removed fields, along with validations and conditional display to support assessment removal tracking.

When the Evaluation Summary document is finalized, the Assessment Removed, Removal Reason, and Date Assessment Removed values automatically flow to the Assessment Part B Profile, ensuring accurate compliance documentation.

First Provision of Services Document Updates

Updated the First Provision of Services document creation criteria to support students whose most recent referral is Out of State, as well as those with Initial Evaluation and Part C to Part B Transition. The document will no longer requires an initial eligibility outcome.

Final Eligibility Report document: Assigning multiple disabilities update

Emotional Disability is now included in the document action labeled “Assigning Multiple Disabilities”. The formula is used for reporting purposes.

REV Detail Report Timeliness Calculation Correction

Updated the REV Detail Report to correctly calculate the Timeliness status based on the student's original eligibility due date instead of the consent date.

This change ensures students are accurately reported as Timely or Untimely – Held Late in accordance with OSSE reporting requirements.
