APR 7 Standard Report

Changes were made to the APR 07 – Preschool Outcome OSSE Report via Standard Reporting, this includes:

• The date range filter has been replaced with a School Year dropdown, aligned with the functionality in Standard > Federal Reports Part B > Subclass I.

  • When the user selects the school year from the drop-down, the report will default to using 7/1/xx to 6/30/xx.

• The method for selecting students for the report has been modified as follows:

  • For the selected School Year, the report will include active and inactive students

  • The Outcome Exit Date value falls between July 1 and August 31 of the selected school year or has an Outcome Entry Date value is less than or equal to 3 years from the reporting end date, where the Outcome profile does not have a Reason for No Outcomes value selected.

  • The student is/was Stage 5 enrolled at the LEA during the reporting period.

  • The student has a Plan History record where the start and end date values fall within the reporting date range.

    • NOTE: The student does not require the IEP flag to be enabled.

  • Enrollment Grade is P3 or P4 within the reporting period.

  • The student is aged 3 through 5 years 11 months as of the Outcome Exit date.

  • Outcome Entry date and Outcome Exit date are at least 6 months apart.

IEP, Comparable Services Plan, Service Plan Documents

When the service provider is assigned to Special Education, Speech / Language Only, or any related service with exception to Parent Counseling and Training, Rehabilitation Counseling or Recreation services, a message will be sent to the provider regarding ORP Attestation. Previously, all service providers regardless of the related service was sent the ORP message.

Annual IEP student details update

The reporting selection criteria was changed to include student’s that have a Plan History profile record within the reporting date range with a Plan Type = IEP and where the LEA Entry/Exit profile record is within the reporting date range and the LEA matches the Globals District value.

Student Drop-Off Form

Change the message when the student does not meet the criteria to have the form created. Re-worded “The student must be 12 years of age or older. 2.The student must be eligible for transportation under the transportation category as ASP on the Special Education profile.

Annual IEP student details report

The Annual IEP Student Details report includes all active students enrolled during the selected date range and no longer considers only the most recent enrollment record, which is now resolved.
