IEP, Comparable Services Plan, Service Plan Documents

When the service provider is assigned to Special Education, Speech / Language Only, or any related service with exception to Parent Counseling and Training, Rehabilitation Counseling or Recreation services, a message will be sent to the provider regarding ORP Attestation. Previously, all service providers regardless of the related service was sent the ORP message.

Annual IEP student details update

The reporting selection criteria was changed to include students who have a Plan History profile record within the reporting date range with a Plan Type = IEP, and where the LEA Entry/Exit profile record is within the reporting date range, and the LEA matches the Globals District value.

Student Drop-Off Form

Change the message when the student does not meet the criteria for the form to be created. Re-worded “The student must be 12 years of age or older. 2. The student must be eligible for transportation under the transportation category as ASP on the Special Education profile.
