Completing the Early Childhood Outcomes Section
This page will only appear for Early Childhood IEPs (IEP Type on Cover Page). When the IEP Type is identified on the cover page (Early Childhood IEP) and the student has Child Outcome data from the Child Outcomes profile, the entry information will be pulled into the IEP, Early Childhood Outcomes section. The Entry information will be read only. The user can enter the Exit outcome information at any time.
Upon finalization of the IEP, any Entry or Exit Outcome data that was entered will flow to the student’s Early Childhood Outcomes profile. The data is then available for Indicator 7 and integration to eSchoolPLUS for state/regulatory reporting.

From the flyout menu, select Early Childhood Outcomes.

The document pre-populates the student information which pulls from the IEP Cover Page:

Meeting Date

Entry Date is required for Initial IEPs. The IEP will default the entry date value from the IEP meeting date on the IEP Cover Page. The date an be modified.

Entry Ratings - select each of the 3 areas (A, B, C) in the Entry row.

Annual Review columns are optional for when the user is amending or creating annual IEPs. The columns can remain blank.

Exit Date and all exit ratings/progress at exit data is required once any of the information pertaining to exit is then required.

Select Save, Done Editing.
