Schedule of Services

The Schedule of Services section documents the special education and related services the student will receive during non-ESY.

Completing the Schedule of Services Section

  • From the flyout menu, select Schedule of Services

  • The document pre-populates the student information from the IEP Cover Page.

    • Student Name 

    • ID 

    • Meeting Date 

  • In the Special Education Services, complete all required fields. At least one Special Education Service must exist and extend from the To and From Dates on the IEP Cover Page.

    • Type of Service 

    • Delivery 

    • Duration (values will be used in the calculation of the LRE % of time in general education on the LRE page for School-Age IEPs.

    • Frequency (values will be used in the calculation of the LRE % of time in general education on the LRE page for School-Age IEPs.

    • Setting  

    • Start Date*  At least one IEP service must begin on the IEP Start Date.  The start date cannot be prior to the IEP meeting date. 

    • End Date – the end date cannot be prior to the start date.  The end date cannot be greater than 1 year minus a day from the IEP meeting date. 

    • Participating with non-disabled peers – When NO is selected, the service will be calculated to be excluded from the % of time inside general education (on the LRE page) for School-Age IEPs. 

  • If the student’s Disability (located on the special education profile) is Speech/Language, then the user is required to add Speech/Language as a Special Education Service. 

  • In the Related Services complete all required fields.  If the student does not require any related services, check the None Needed box. When None Needed is checked, the user cannot add any related services. 

    • Type of Service

    • Frequency (values will be used in the calculation of the LRE % of time in general education on the LRE page for School-Age IEPs.

    • Setting
