The Progress Report section of the IEP is only editable when the IEP is ACTIVE and is finalized.
If there are required fields not yet completed, the system will display the following error message:
Section was saved, but is incomplete until all required fields (pink highlighted) are filled.
Completing the Progress Report

From within the finalized IEP document, use the flyout menu and select the Progress Report section.

The Progress Report section will pull in every goal/objective from the IEP and will be listed as a separate goal number. At the top of the section it will display the first goal within the IEP. Click the Progress Report-Select drop down to change goals.

The Measurable Goal text, Goal Area, Objectives (if applicable) and Progress Measurement details is displayed as read only.

Goal Progress - Enter a Date, Progress comments, and Status for each of the Goals and/or Objective Progress.

Objective Progress - Click the Lookup link and a popup screen will display each of the objectives. Click on the objective number link to select the applicable objective to log progress against.
