Completing the Present Levels Section

From the flyout menu, select Present Levels.

The document pre-populates the student information from the IEP cover page:

Student Name

ID
-
Meeting Date

Based on the type of IEP (School Age, School Age Transition, Early Childhood), there are series of require responses.

If the IEP is an Early Childhood IEP and the Child Outcome Exit Date is populated on the Early Childhood Outcomes section, an additional required statement appears, Justification of Exit Ratings.

Select Save, Done Editing.
If there are required fields not yet completed, the system will display the following error message:
Section was saved, but is incomplete until all required fields (pink highlighted) are filled.
Text responses can be captured in two ways:

Text formatted in the textbox provided alongside the field.
