The Team Signatures section records the participation of all required IEP team members. It serves as official documentation that each member contributed to the development of the IEP and affirms agreement with its contents.
Completing the Team Signature Page Section

From the flyout menu, select Signature Page.

The document auto-populates the student information from the IEP cover page

In the Team Participant Signatures section, select the parent/guardian information. From the drop down, select Parent/Guardian or Other. The Relationship will auto-populate. Click the + icon to add additional parent/guardian names.

If the student is age 15 or older as of the meeting date, the student name will appear. Check the “exclude” checkbox to remove the student name from the section.

Indicate the required names for:

Special Education Teacher

General Education Teacher

Local Education Agency Representative

Individual to Interpret Instructional Implications of Evaluation Results

Select + for additional optional team member entry.

Select Save, Done Editing.
When attempting to save the document without completing all of the required fields, the system will display the following error message
Section was saved, but is incomplete until all required fields (pink highlighted) are filled.
