Updated the ‘Course of Study' area by adding ‘Certificate of Completion’ and 'New Indiana Diploma (No Seal)’ options.

When copying the previous IEP, all assessments from the older IEP are now copied without generating extra blank required fields. The new IEP now allows the finalization without forcing additional entries in unnecessary blank fields.

Updates to Parent Consent to Receive Electronic Documents

• If SignPaperCopy is checked, users can now select PermissionProvidedYN in the Edit mode.

• If SignPaperCopy is not checked, users can select the PermissionProvidedYN field in the Digital Signature Wizard.

• The Parent will sign a paper copy checkbox is moved above the PermissionProvidedYN checkbox and its label.

• When the Parent signs a paper copy, the Date field is now editable.

• If the Parent will sign a paper copy checkbox is unchecked, the Date is now cleared automatically, since the separate date field is available while signing through the Digital Signature Wizard.

Updates to Service Plan LRE Section

• When creating a new Service Plan, the decision tree of the LRE section does not copy when copying the LRE section from a previously finalized Service Plan.

• The system now displays the three specific LRE validation errors as warnings, which appear only upon save. It does not block users from finalizing the document.
