Updates to {StateID} and {ID} fields

• Created a daily update script to take the value from {ID} and add it to the {StateID} field.

• Linked {StateID} field to the following sections:

  • Student Information

  • Child Outcomes Summary

  • English Learners (EL)

  • Gifted

  • Graduation

  • Home Language Survey (HLS)

  • Medicaid

  • Section 504

  • Special Education Information.

• The Document Action 'IEPs are created only at the Responsible School' is now disabled in all district DBs per IDOE approval.
