Updates to Special Education Information Profile and First Step Diagnostic Report

• Added "ISPROUT Information" section visible only for PK students with "ISPROUT Due Date" calculated as 6 weeks after IEP Start Date.

• Six new columns were added to the report with specific placement and calculations related to IEP dates, services, and compliance indicators 11 and 12.

When a parent's information is updated in the IEP/Service Plan document cover page area, then the same information is now updated in the Meeting Notes and Participants section of the IEP/Service Plan document.

Updates to the Notice of Case Conference document

• Staff email is no longer required in the NOCC document.

• Added Initial Service Plan, Revise Service Plan, and Annual Service Plan as a meeting purpose in the NOCC document.

For Grades 11 and above, email and phone fields are now required. These fields are optional for all grades under 11.

Updates to the Special Education Program update script

The Program Type now references and is set in relation to the LRE.

Undefined is now set only for students who are 'IS_REF' OR 'Eligibility = Eligible, Parent Refuses'. All others now map back to the LRE.

Updates to the Revocation of Consent document dataflow

Once the Revocation of Consent document is finalized, the ‘Special Education Exit Reason’ field in the Special Education Information profile is updated with below value :

‘Transferred to Regular Education (no longer eligible or parent revoked consent)’.
