The existing Special Education Program profile update script is now disabled.

Cleanup Special Education Program records and Run Migrated Data Script

• Disabled “Update Special Education Program” script on all tenants (Indianapolis and Fort Wayne completed).

• Deleted all special education program records except for Indianapolis and Fort Wayne.

• Deployed updated “Migrated Data - SPED Program” sync script to all tenants (tested with Garside on Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and Controller).

• Ran “Migrated Data - SPED Programs” script on all tenants to update data.

Section 504 Updates

• Issue 1: Signature and Date columns in these documents depend on Behavioral fields, which default to False. Admin must override to True for user signatures in:

  • Section 504 - Plan

  • Section 504 - Eligibility

  • Section 504 - Manifestation Determination Review

• Issue 2: Fixed duplication of student info table and header above each parent response in Section 504 - Meeting Notice and Invitation document.

Updates to the Service Plan document

• Calculations for the field ‘Total minutes in A above in which this student is in a special education setting’ are now displayed correctly.

• Based on the Eligibility selection, if the user selects any Emotional Disability in the LRE section, it now automatically selects the Full-time or Other checkbox.

• The Total Minutes per Week field is now updating from the Location profile when Instructional minutes are filled.
