When a 504 Plan is finalized, all selected accommodations now automatically flow to the Accommodations profile, and the Plan Type is updated to Section 504 Plan for all related records.
The Accommodations Keyword Table now sets IS_504 = TRUE whenever IS_IEP = TRUE, ensuring consistent availability across plans.
The 504 Plan now mirrors the IEP accommodations layout and references the Accommodations KW table, using the IS_504 column to determine which accommodations should appear.

Automatically End and Create New SE Program Record When LRE or School Changes
The system now automatically detects when a student’s LRE value changes in the IEP and updates Special Education Program records accordingly:
LRE is now tracked as a key field in Special Education Programs.
When the LRE changes, the existing SE Program record is automatically end-dated using Exit Reason 99, with no required changes to IEP start/end dates.
A new SE Program record is created with the updated LRE, carrying forward all other attributes and beginning the next appropriate day.
The system prevents any overlap or duplication of Special Education Program records.
SLI has been updated to D05 in the insert logic.

Changes to EdFiexport Accommodations report
The EdFiExports Accommodations report has been updated to ensure 504 accommodations are never included in DEX submissions. A new selection condition (PlanType <> Five04) has been added so only eligible accommodations are exported.
