Updates to Service Plan LRE Section and LRE profile

• The Educational Setting field has been removed from the Service Plan LRE section.

• When a Service Plan is finalized and data flows to the LRE profile, the following logic now applies:

  • For LRE Codes 56 or 38, the Educational Setting field in the LRE profile will automatically default to “Non public PK–13.”

  • This default behavior prevents integration errors related to missing or invalid Educational Setting values.

    • Data flow from the Service Plan LRE section → LRE Profile → Special Education Information Profile (LRE area) now functions as expected.

Error On Date For IEP Revision

• Users can now set the IEP Revision Meeting Date to 09/11/2025 (or any valid date matching the document creation date), even if the document is saved after that day.

• Previously, the system required the meeting date to be entered and saved on the same day the document was created. Attempting to enter the same date later (e.g., 09/12/2025) would result in an error.

• The Annual Review Date validation remains unchanged it must still occur after the IEP Revision Meeting Date.
