The DiagnosisCodes keyword table was updated to include existing keywords and new columns for various diagnoses, with specific instructions to remove certain columns and add abbreviations.

Updates to the Service Capture Records profile

1. Removed Service Provider Ed-ID Field.

2. Provided 3 static fields in edit mode to add additional Service Providers. Those won’t display in view mode if empty.

3. Added back the ‘Delivery Status’ field with KWT. It is not a required field.

Updates to the Special Education Program update script

1. When a parent refuses the evaluation, then the Special Education Program record is updated, where the Program Exit Date is updated as Parent Refusal Date, and the Program Exit Reason is updated as 'No Longer Qualifies’.

2. When a student doesn’t qualify during the Initial Evaluation, the Special Education Program record is updated. The Program Exit Date is updated to reflect the date the student is found ineligible, and the Program Exit Reason is updated to 'No Longer Qualifies’.

3. When a student is marked as ineligible in the IEP and the IEP is finalized, then the Special Education Program record is updated, where the Program Exit Date is updated as the Ineligibility Date, and the Program Exit Reason is updated as ‘Transferred to Regular Education (no longer eligible or parent revoked consent)’. Special Education Exit Date and Special Education Exit Reason in the Special Education Information profile are updated with the same values.

One-time script to update LRE Profile records

If LRE Code is either 38 OR 56 and the ‘Educational Setting’ field is empty in the LRE profile, then the ‘Educational Setting’ field is updated as ‘Non Public PK 13’.
