Updates to the Case Manager field in the Special Education Information profile

A weak field security attribute is created for the field ‘Case Manager’ in the Special Education Information profile, and that is now marked as Sensitive.

In the Notice of Case Conference document, the area ‘Notice of initial Findings and Proposed Action’ is now hidden when the ‘Move-in’ checkbox is selected for the purposes of the case conference.
