For required combinations specified in the requirements, if the user selects 'No', a message is displayed next to the relevant item: 'The Entry and Exit Rating must be a Yes response. Please correct.' For all other combinations not defined in the requirements, users must select either 'Yes' or 'No' (e.g., Entry = 7 and Exit = 5, or Entry = 6 and Exit = 2). |
