Subclass I Report (Standard and Advanced)

Both the Standard and Advanced Subclass I reports were rewritten to use the student’s new Plan History Profile.

The advanced report Total Enrollment row will pull the total general education enrollment for each month, which is stored in a profile called “General Ed Enrollment”. To change the school year value in the report, click on Process Schedule, change the Year Range Selection, and click Accept Schedule Changes. The reporting columns are hard coded to use September through June of whatever school year value is selected via the Process Schedule reporting range.

Medicaid Profile

The Medicaid Profile data will no longer be transferred via the Transfer Envelope process.
