CFSA and Homeless Demographic Fields and Field Attributes

The field “Is this child linked with CFSA” has been moved to the Part B demographic profile (under the Homeless checkbox).

• A new field attribute, “OSSE Only,” has been added to control access to the CFSA and Homeless fields.

• Users and security groups with the “OSSE Only” attribute can view and edit CFSA and Homeless fields; all others will not see them.

REV Detail Report

• Updated the timeliness column to not display any blank values regardless of the Eligibility Outcome.

• Corrected the advanced report logic so that count and percentage values are now aligned and consistent with the Standard report.

Resolved an issue where services from the latest IEP were not flowing to the student profile.

SPEDSM-127592

IEP

Corrected an issue where the IEP finalization process was creating duplicate IEP Service Part B profile records when the IEP was an amendment.

The data remediation script was also run to remove the duplicate records.

Service Records - Logging Service Capture

The application now requires users to enter a value greater than 0 for the hours or minutes Duration of Service fields when logging service capture.
